Crimson Beauty

pale velvet lady
the painter draw every steps
turn the shallow tides

painting the land red
to sulfuric fumes ground burst
celestial heaven

o' crimson beauty
i worship thee, have pity
cease the destruction

[Resto' of the Week] Aubergin

Since Valentines Day is coming and love is in the air, i scouted some restaurants in Taguig where you can spend time with your partner. Here's a pick of the week! Presenting...

Aubergin

So last week! I found Aubergine! (pronounced as Oh-Burr-Gin)  oh beer gin!? cease that dirty thought dear friend ! Now here's the plan: You tell your date you'll be eating at a restaurant above McDonalds and she'll probably think you're taking her to nowhere special like turo-turo or fishball stand. lmao. Anyway, Aubergine, despite its less-than-romantic neighborhood, is one of your best bets for romantic dining with classy, meant-to-impress interiors. It's the kind of place you can gush about post-dinner. Aubergine is perfect for steak lovers. It is relatively new restaurant with a very promising degree.

The Food

Aubergine has an extraordinary taste of dishes. Foie Gras with Port Wine has always been my favorite appetizer. You probably can't go wrong ordering any beef entree on their menu. When it comes to beef i recommend the Roasted Wagyu (which comes with Foie Gras). They also make their own bread from the resto's in-house patisseries, which also has an excellent selction of to-die-for desserts. I also tried Sea Bass and the Trip Wagyu -- both yummy ! The appetizers are good too! Dining cost is anywhere from P500 to P1,900 per person, depending on what you order.

Location

Aubergine's Restaurants and Patisserie
Fort Bonifacio
32nd & 5th Bldg., 32nd cor 5th St.
Fort Bonifacio, 1634 Taguig

Maison De Mars: Remain in HIM

Have you ever thought about the relationship between the branch and the vine? We don’t use these kinds of word pictures very much anymore, but think about it--if the branch is not attached to the vine, it withers and dies. The branches’ very life depends on it being attached to the vine. The same thing happens if we try to operate in this life without Jesus. Without Him, we can do nothing. We are cut from our life source. But when you remain in Him, by daily connecting with Him through prayer and worship then your life will be fruitful. You’ll walk in joy and blessing. I love that this verse says "much fruit", which means you will have an abundant harvest in your life. God doesn’t want you to just barely get by. He wants to overwhelm you with His goodness. Remain in Him today. Choose to make Him top priority, and you’ll see His hand of blessing operating in every area of your life!
